What really happened between MJ and Diana?

I believe that there was something more than a platonic friendship going on between them in the OTW era.
If you observe MJ's body language whenever she was around it's more than obvious that he was smitten with her.
And the only time I saw him act a bit hostile towards her was at the 1986 AMA's which was held shortly after she'd married Arne Nasses

I couldn't tell you babes, but I do know he was completely smittened by her. In my opinion she would have been better for him than LMP, but some things just aren't meant to be I guess..... He looked so sad in that clip... poor baby *Runs to give him a cuddle*

I think she would have been better than LMP too but then again I'm kinda biased on LMP and MJ relationship because I felt the things she said about him in interviews after their divorce were extremely disrespectful... especially considering the fact that he didn't say one thing about her to the media I think she should have done the same thing for him.
And in the Oprah interview she did last year she was completely different and I was thinking," Why couldn't you have said those things when he was alive? ?" ya know... lol i'd better save my rant for the MJ LMP thread
